Commodity trading

Hi Everybody,
Iam new to trading. My Broker have installed ODIN7.9.2.1 in my system.
The problem is that iam not able to see any Prices of any commodity. The software is not displaying them What could be the problem.Pleasesuggest a solution.

i have done that ; but still it is not coming iam able to see the commodity in the market watch; the contract date also; but the price is not coming for any of the commodity

PLS ADVISE A SOLUTION
