It cannot be done from excel.

You need to download the EOD data in txt files and then upload in AmiBroker. A good downloader of EOD data in txt format is getbhavcopy. You can even get the data for the past 10 years..

One way to do it is to use DDE plugin. Do Google for "Excel plugin for amibroker"
and you will be rewarded with lots of links including a youtube tutorial

I didnt get what you meant by "I want to open it in amibroker"
If you want to upload this data in Amibroker, then, it can be done.
There are few ways to do this.
1. By changing file type .xlsx to .csv and then upload it to Amibroker.
2. Copy data to a new excel sheet and save this new sheet as file type CSV (Comma delimited) instead of xlsx and then upload
3. Copy data (the table) to a word sheet and convert it (the table) to text using comma separator and upload this text file.

Not too hard...you can use the ASCII-import wizard, after saving your data in the appropriate format.

Using the import wizard you can set once the parameters right to make sure the data is imported correctly. Save your format and next time just use 'import ASCII'.

BTW, tons of free intraday data is available after doing a bit of homework using Excel and importing it into Amibroker..

Good luck!
