AFL stop loss and conditions to exit the market

I want to place an AFL to exit the market inmediately after taking place an order with this conditions.
stop loss1% below WMA(close,30) in the same week of the order.
Exit long if WMA is descending and the close of the ended week and previous week are both below WMA(close,30).
