hi , currently when i draw a trendline on daily , weakly charts and when i switch tf to hourly or say 30minutes , the trendline automatically displaced in lower tf from it's place ........when we again switch to higher tf it is same as before , this displacement is only in lower tf , while it is unchanged in higher tf ? why is it happening , i don't understand ?'
is i alone is facing this issue or every has faces same thing ?
also is there any solution for this problem.......

kelvin sir , thanks for showing these links , yes i now understand use of layers , but problem is here that
if we draw a trendline in daily and assign default layer than it is correctly visible on daily tf but when we switch to hourly tf than that trendline is slightly displaced from it's place , the two lower lows which we draw in daily , now in hourly line is not on lower lows but slightly below from that lower lows ...........
i need that what ever points i used to draw trendlines in daily , now in hourly trendline should be at that points .........

Looks like an extrapolation issue. Do you have the problem if the right end point is before the last candle in the higher time frame?
i don't understand this above line sir , but sir any where i am drawing , this issue is coming , my datafeed is gfdl ......

When creating the trendline in the daily chart, the right end should stop on or before the last bar.

Right-click on the trendline. Select Properties. In that properties window, the StartX and EndX are the dates corresponding to the x-axis. These should be before the last data point loaded for the symbol. The trendline shifts in lower time frames, if either of the dates are beyond the last data point.

Hopefully the two images below will make the issue clear. If you are clear about the trendline handling, the solution will be obvious.

A bar has T + OHLCV. Lines are anchored on H or L which will be the same in an M15 and M1 bar. The T will be different depending on the data series and settings.
