By using AmiBroker's ApplyStop function or writing your own stop function/procedure. Or using Backtest settings > Stops tab. ApplyStop function does the same as what is set in those backtest setting's tab but it does it on code level and overwrites those settings i.e a trail stop written via ApplyStop function overwrites trail stop setting of backtest settings.
