Can someone help me with links to

a) Setup from scratch for NSE: i.e. Creation of database
b) Import of IEOD Data : Stocks and Futures (Where to get this for last 5 years)

c) Basics of setting up AFL's

d) Key AFl's : like VWAP and any others you can recommend
