OVER 90% OPTIONS EXPIRE WORTHLESS.
OPTION SELLERS SELL ICECREAM CALLED OPTIONS, BUT WONT ALLOW THE OPTION BUYERS TO TOUCH THE ICECREAM WITH LIPS ,
EXCEPT HOLDING THE CONE IN HAND IS ALLOWED.
OPTION SELLERS SELL OPTIONS THAT HAVE( SUBZERO ) BELOW ZERO VALUE TO STUPID OPTION BUYERS.
In fact option buyers buy options having values like minus 100 or minus 200.
Reason??
Lack of knowledge and Lack of confidence backed by LACK OF understanding, apart from poor charts or no charts.
option trading best on daily tf or 5 min or 15 min tf.
BY THE WAY Have you bought icecream?

hi if u trade only option ,then my experience no need separate option chart,a nifty spot chart is enough with help of experience which option have worthy to sell or buy...
and if u need separate option chart then u can fetch from ur trading terminal with 15 days backfill from nest plus to ur charting sw like meta/ami/mt4...

happy trading...:thumb:

Dear Friend,
I have tried with NestPlus for taking 15 days option charts which I could save in excel file and it was loaded in amibroker by importing data from excel file. This exercise takes time.

HI OPTIONWRITER

when you deal with a credit spread with two options out of which one is manipulated by institutional guys, without a option chart, one trader goes dead.

index goes up but call option sleeps.
your spot index chart does nothing except show nothing.

index falls and your put option doesnt fall much as expected just stays put as institutions just bought a a lakh of this put.

without option chart you are doing trading blind.

futures go ok but options are heavily manipulated.
when you can see that your option is a dead goat you have a chance to escape.

actually there is debate
do the move in options follow nifty index or the nifty futures?
once we have proper option chart we can have index, futures, option on same chart and see what is cooking not cooking.

hope you see why a chart is must.
can the zerodha guys post a chart of options-how many days of intraday chart can we get?
how about history chart? how long?

good day

Dear OptionWriter
I first save in excel, then it converted to txt file and finally it is opened under excel and saved as CSV data file. Then it is imported into amibroker.

Do you apply the same method ?

dear ford, in my view , i trade all type of option, especially credit spread, no need separate option chart because it's protected ur loss except ATM CALLS...

s, option purly manipulated but that have risk free return...:thumb:

s zerodha or any broker ,nest plus have 15 days backfill 1 min data..
so it's enough to trade intraday option..and eod with (oi) will help to take the decision
everyone have different views...
keep good trading...
