well, a suggesstion. whenever pib disconnects or i need to change ab database , after restaring PIBTOAB all scripts have to added in watchlist individually.this is a very time consuming job. there should be option to add all scripts in a single go.
again
try to solve the problem of pib synching.
thanks

option has been given 'Add all scripts to watch' in next update. Also 'Offline' conversion is 10 times faster now. This update will be posted in 2-3 days.

Dear Members,

Update of our PIB to Amibroker RT data feed software is uploaded here.

Speed of conversion has been increased without compromising with system resources. Some new features has also been added.

Unzip file in any folder & run the application.

If your OS is NOT WinXP, then please download complete setup from http://**********.de/files/33670068/PIBtoAB.exe.html, Install the software, then overwrite old application by uploaded here in Zip.

Your comments will help us in further update & development.

Regards,

Hello CEM,

could you kindly clarify on this statement of yours "If your OS is NOT WinXP, then please download complete setup from http://**********.de/files/33670068/PIBtoAB.exe.html, Install the software, then overwrite old application by uploaded here in Zip."

My OS is Win Xp. So should i need to download the complete setup exe. from ********** and then install the update in Zip. I do not have an old installation of complete setup. i want to install the utility fresh.

And also on this "Speed of conversion has been increased without compromising with system resources. Some new features has also been added." . What are these new features.

Regards

Saji

Dear Saji,

As your OS is WinXP, download zip file from here & unzip file in any folder and run the application. You do not need to download setup from rapishare.

Hello CEM,

Thanks for the update. It is working nicely and updates to Amibroker pretty fast. And making it as a stand alone application is an excellent idea. No need of those installation problems. If you can put a minimize button on the main too menu it will be very convenient. This blocks the view of open charts.

Regards

Saji

Dear Saji,

We have put the minimize button in our downloader after receiving such suggestions of users but forget to put it into PIBtoAB. We will provide it in next update.

Meanwhile, you can deselect 'Always on Top' option for this purpose.

Dear friend,

I have downloaded your software and ran it today.
Your instructions on the website were really easy to follow and I had my first ID chart within 5 minutes of trying.

Let me tell you, that I had stopped trading 4 years back, because i was making half hour charts manually, and did not have the resources to do it on computer ( no software like yours)

But today, after i saw the charts of 1 min and 5 min and 15 mins, i could see a MUCH clearer picture of what the markets were doing.

I thank you for making such a product.

Hats off to you.

I intend to start trading in 2 months time, because I am preparing my systems.

Once again thanks for such a wonderful piece of software.

Best regards,
Supertrader3333

Dear Kurian,
Can you give some more info about the PIB Software, like whether it is paid or free? Is the historical data for NSE/BSE/FUTURES in EOD available on the web? Can it also be used for live charting? Where is it available for download? Any other relevant info etc
Thanks
sharantaka
