how to change SCAN timespan in Amibroker?

hello,

amibroker's automatic analysis has ability to SCAN stocks using afl... but the scan is limited to daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly timespan.... i there a way to get Scan for every 15mins....??

please help

You need to choose the base time interval in File - Database settings. So if you want to have tick or 1second interval being set as minimum then always use File - Database settings first. Then all intervals starting from base time interval will be visible in backtest setting 'Periodicity'.

thanks trash.... will try it... will this change the Scan too or only backtesting..??

can backfill from ODIN be of less then 1min....??

It's applied to whole Auto-Analysis (Scan/Exploration/Backtest/Optimization/Walk forward)

What do you mean? Tick data? 1second data? It depends on whether ODIN is offering that intervals. I don't use ODIN.

What i mean is im using odin which provides historical data of 1min and in TJ i read that 5 sec data can be retrived... I wan to know how can that be achived... Can any other member help in this regard?
