I understood full range up day.

But how can we find whether the next day will be full range up day? You mean the AFL should 'predict' next days OHLC, or in general terms whether its low = open and close = high? I'm sure you are not referring it.

Its simple to test whether today's day was range up day or not.

Let me know your requirement in clear terms.

Praveen.

Your guess is right. Is it possible to predict in advance from the previous OHLC data that the next day could be a full range up day.

Hi,

Honestly I don't know about Candlestick patterns.
May be others can help you.

Let me come to the main point. Leave AFLs, Amibroker, etc, etc...First look at whether what you want is
possible to achieve in the market.

AFL is just a formula script that will help you in
coding the required strategy. Thats it. AFL is nothing special than market.

If your strategy or requirement is possible to apply in the market and one can achieve the result, we can try to come up with an AFL.

I hope you got the point.

Praveen.

white candle = Prices close above open.
black candle = Prices close below open.

in simple english, AFL to predict, will the stock go up tommorrow or down ?

I do not think such AFL exists to predict this.

If exists, nobody will share it even for Million $.

Because he would be already a BILLIONAIRE.

Here is AFL for Candle trading with Scan to Buy and Sell. It also gives you the name and commentary on the Candlestick and patterns. Many patterns need confirmation.Confirm with MA and other indicators and Trade and see the results. All the best. Make your first million. Second will follow.

Sudesh,

Read through the previous 4-5 posts again.

His requirements are impossible to achieve in the market first of all, like whether the next day will be a full range up day or not. So we were just trying to make him understand that such AFL can't be coded, due to the above said reason.

Praveen.
