Can anyone tell me is there any way to create action watch in amibroker same as traderterminal or tradetiger in which they sort out "intraday scrip list" as new high and new low.

Thanks in advance

HOD is HH of the day!! As well as LOD is LL of the day!!
What other HH and LL do you mean??
suppose SBI opens at 9:15am at 2000 and at that time HIGH value is 2020 and low value is 1992 after a period of time it starts moving on upside and suppose around 10:15am it's value is 2050, that time action watch shows msg that SBI made HIGH and so on .. at 10:30am it value 2060 another new high...

See the images i captured from trader terminal ....

i guess now you got my point

Yeah, so what's the problem?

Just use Timeframegetprice and filter C == LOD OR C == HOD (or LastValue(C) == LOD OR LastValue(C) == HOD) and also add Status("lastbarinrange") to Filter. In addition you could add popup and/or voice/sound alert.

If you are new then why not starting to learn it instead of depending on others? I've said what you would need. Do some first steps. I will help you. It's not difficult. Look at some exploration examples. I mean there are quite a lot examples.
