The Sultan Foundation 13,14.. Please help!!!

Hi all..

I have problems with The Sultan Foundation 13,14 system... and need help!!!
I'm using amibroker v5.3.. after copying the files as directed to plugins, include and custom folder, I still can not be used this formula.. and appear the following error......
