Please write afl for these rules

Hello seniors , my rules are:

cover longs : when low of candle touching and closing below top ketlar band is broken

cover shorts : when high of candle touching and closing above bottom ketlar band is broken

i want arrows to be plotted on such candles fullfiling the conditions and if possible also text to be plotted on left cornor of screen like "cover longs if xyz is broken"

seniors please help me convert my rules into amibroker afl. thanks in advance
