I am looking for an afl which explore the following condition:

Any script(s) with ADX Less than 25 (or any figure chosen) for at least 30 bars (or any figure chosen) of any time frame.

I think this may be the simplest exploration, but I am very poor in developing such languages.... Can anyone help me out? Please...
