How i can plot the highest high in the last 30 day?

theres somthing is missing i want to plot highest high in 30 day as risistance on 1%
and the lowest low as support
your afl gave me the last value and thats not rifgt i want HHV(C,30) as arisistance
and i want LLV(C,30) as support both sinsitvity is 1%
