Dear coders,

I want to modify the default Price(all in one) AFL in amibroker in the following way:

1. I want the Bollinger Bands removed

2. I want the volume bars to be changed to red & green ones

3. I want to change the moving averages in the following way:

the red line should represent a 50 period(v can change dat later) moving avg.

the blue line should represent the moving average of the first moving average....i.e. moving average of the red line!

the green line should represent the moving average of the second moving average i.e. moving average of the blue line!

Please keep the moving averages exponential(although it can be easily changed)

Since i've very limited knowledge of programming, I am seeking help from fellow traders.

thanks for recognizing the thread a s navale sir. looking forward for some help from you & other members of this forum.

some more modifications:

i want to add the scanning element to the AFL as well:

when the above mentioned moving averages are constructed, i want to scan the afl to generate signals when:

1. either of the three moving averages cross each other

2. the price crosses any of the three moving averages

thanks in advance!

When you use three MAs then cross-over of any one with any of other two is not a correct signal. You have to be exact in chosing which MA cross over with which of the other MAs is a signal. Similarly price crossing over any of the MAs is also not correct. Be specific in chosing the cross over and assign correct signal to it.
