Experts kindly help with this problem

I have amibroker 5.3 installed. My problem is that when i click(or double click) on some symbol its chart does not open.Neither the chart opens from the exploration list.In exploration window "Sync on chrt is selected".It was not happening earlier.It started only two days back and is really frustrating.
