Its also called Delta phenomena the original discoverer of this is JIM Sloman .it is also mentioned in welles wilder website(
www.deltasociety.com) ....about how he came across this methodology/system.
the original discoverer didn't traded this system,he just shared/given to wilder for some unknown cash and never come into picture afterwards.
see its totally based on predictions......and we all know that those days are gone....Good trading comes with good understanding of how markets works in real time.
may be this method works for daily,weekly,monthly....timeframes.
