Essential trader tools afl

Here is the attachement (AFL) for some tools required by a trader regularly
Like Pivot Levels, Camerilla Levels, Yesterday HI LO, 2/3 days before HI LO
and Current day HI LO.(can be selected to display or hide each) asked by many forum members mainly by shanki99

This is really wonderful and hope it helps everybody in their daily activities

I have tweaked it a little bit wrt...

1. White Background
2. Some label colors changed
3. Show Hide toggle problem
4. Graphxspace=default 2

Either one can be used
