I can invest in HDFC SIP ? Please help me----URGENTLY

My Dad get Personal Loan from HDFC Bank before 3 years ago. Last 6 months my dad cannot paid EMI's; Because of some Financial & Family problems & my dad cannot paid this payment in future.
I planning for invest monthly Rs.1000 in HDFC Mutual Fund for five years. After Five Years when i withdraw my money then HDFC Mutual Fund can stop my payment ? Because of my dad cannot paid that HDFC Personal Loan Payment. Please healp me.....URGENTLY.
Really sometime its irritating Can b u need suggestion urgently but how would u know if someone gave u any suggestion as after watching at many places people can ignore it search forum of legal advice but as per I know no one can stop u from getting paid in SIP or redeemed
