Both editions of AmiBroker can import real-time data. While Standard Edition of AmiBroker can show charts of upto 1 min and do corresponding analysis (scanning/exploration/back-testing and optimization), Professional Edition does not have any such limitation and can show you charts in any time-frame (even less than 1 min or tick data) and perform corresponding analysis.

Visibally, there is no difference between both the editions (except points mentioned in the link above). In my opinion, you will have to decide on the time-frame in which you are going to trade. This single most important point will let you decide on which edition can be good for you.
how to download EOD data and auto update data very day
To update EOD data, you may use any of the data sources as mentioned on the page :

In particular, I would suggest to use GetBhavCopy as it downloads BSE / NSE scrips as well as indices with volumes (NSE scrips with open interest as well). The application is also very simple and the developer himself is available on his website to answer doubts, through the chat box.

You can search traderji forum with appropriate key-words and you will get many posts answering your question. You may also use the link given above for this purpose.
