Deleting Data for all symbols for a particular date in intraday data

How to delete data for all symbols for a particular date from an intraday database in amibroker. I have updated data 7, 8th OCT from bse nse ***** group. Finally these are supposed to have errors. They have provided new data for these dates. How to remove the old data for all the symbols for these dates.

Go to Symbol / Quote Editor and delete that particular date data by selecting `em (Press Shift key for multiple selection).

Thanks for your response. I am using version 5.00rc1. In my quote editor window, I have two options current symbol/all quotes or all symbols/single quote. Second option is too slow with individual quotes. First option I have to do it for individual symbols. this I know. what I wanted to know any easier method to delete data for these two dates for all symbols.

I don't think there is any other way out. Try contacting tanewbie he may help you out if there is any other method. But did you try using shift key ?

In the current symbol with shift key we can delete data using shift key for selection. In all symbols using shift key we can select all symbols. This I know and tried. But all symbols for a date is no option for selecting.

Hmm....Again Go to Symbol/ Quote Editor select All Symbol/Single Quote.In the date column select the date in the calender from the drop down menu.Now select all the symbols using the shift key and press delete.

Its working for me so it should work for you also.See if you aint making any mistakes.

Thanks again for your your patience and response. The selection as you said is ok for EOD data. It will delete all data for all symbols for that date. For intraday data, in addition to date there is time drop down menu. It will delete all symbols for that date and time, not all symbols for that date.

I am not expert in AmiBroker and also not using it , but there is no way to delete intraday data in one click like in metastock downloader.

The only possibility if any one can create AFL to delete data (I don't know is it possible to create such AFL) .

The 2nd solution export data to csv > then metastock > in metastock downloder under tool option del data using this future u can del data (before date / after date) > import this data to AB new database > and re update remaining data

Ahha....you'r trying to delete intra data.
The only option left other than kinkhab's is to export all the data in csv format and delete it manually then import back into the new database.
