Yes and No. So the answer is maybe.

Yes - because it looks like the High and Low are same for nearly 10-15 bars. It can either be bad-ticks, no activity (dummy ticks) or a refresh issue within the quote provide.

No - because, it is perfectly possible that the high and low are range bound. Especially, if the volume is low or insignificant it is possible that some one is holding the low and the high, before the big drop that is comes next. Those moves, I have seen before.

What does the volume say ? Is it changing or is it stagnant ?

im 99% sure this is a hekin-ashi chart.....wht u call bad ticks is not a bad tickkk...
the stock is in a conslidation phase or in a rangebound motion .so u see those large doji like patterns
u have to verify those same patterns with the candlestick charts to get an idea of wht is happening

but pls check with sum higher authority

Yes, it is a heikin-ashi chart.

>vvvv > it looks very strange to have highs and lows at the same level if it is consolidation. I've never seen this in any example whilst doing web search.

>adheer > sorry I don't have the volumes as long time ago

Still not sure but maybe not bad ticks
