i tried various methods written in this forum ..but none worked ...in the end i came to conclusion that it is not possible to get live data free of cost.

the name "datafeeder" software - search & download its free data from yahoo server. sometime delay data comming but nifty index is comming 2 secs delay only....enjoy.....
