Quote Tracker

#1
For last few days Amibroker 4.9 is not retriving the data from Quote Tracker, though all the database settings are unchanged. Prior I was able to get intraday live charts in Ami as the data was retrived continuously from quote tracker during market hours.

Will some one help me in this regard..

Thanks.

Hi ger06,
Just wondering are you guys able to fetch data for all quotes added to the portfolio of QT? I have added 5 stocks in the portfolio of QT......NIFTY, NAUKRI, INFOSYSTCH, CNXBANK and INDIAGLYCO....but QT is only fetching data for NIFTY and CNXBANK, for other quotes it is showing zero value. Please help. Thanks,

I thought Quotetracker stopped supporting BSE/NSE. Are you able to get listing of all stocks of NSE?
Nope!! I can only fetch data for NIFTY and CNXBANK. Not sure why not for all. I guess we should be if possible for NIFTY and CNXBANK. Still trying get into the root of the problem.

Send QT support an email. I'm sure there is no NSE support, maybe indices are still being carried.
Hi pasha, Thanks for your suggestion!! Just now sent an email to them!! Let's see what's their reply. Thanks,

Got their reply faster then an automated mail but due to my hopeless Airtel Broadband Connection not able to post nor reply them.

Here is their reply "Yes it does but make sure the symbols are correct. Did you try those same directly on their website now? Do they work for you at this time?
"
Wondering when will the Bharti Airtel shares will come down to their face value.

Problem solved.......The Customer Support of QT is Awesome, very kind, effective and helpful. Not like the customer support of Airtel.....I called up the Bharti Airtel Customer support 121 for poor GPRS connection and they suggested to initialize the phone settings to default......after I did it .............BANG.......... All my settings were gone and still the problem still persists and I wasted 1 hr time to bring all my previous settings back......Here is the perfect example of difference in quality of an Indian Product/Service and a Foreign Product/Service.

Good that the problem is settled.:)
Are they still supporting BSE/NSE?
You seem to be using your cell GPRS for internet, how is the speed? Are the updates coming on time?
