Hi, how do I download counters in my watch list every time I turn on Ami?
Also, each time I click on a counter to view chart, how do I get rid from my view if I decided it is not what I want. Currently, if I only want to monitor say 3 charts after opening 10, I have to go thru every one . Cheers! Last edited by ecjv88; 28th September 2007 at 10:48 AM. |

Can anyone help?
How to remove the chart from display without going thru Symbol-Watchlist-Remove selected symbol sequence. Sometimes I want to remove the 1st watchlist before loading another watchlist. Currently I Exit Ami and relaunch it. There must be a way which I cant figure out. many thanks |

Thanks Kenneth.
Didnt work. Now for the time being I just click the X button on the corner of the charts and the whole charting area closes totally (Ami still open) then re-click the counters I want again. What I am looking for is open one chart and close the same chart again if I dont want it, leaving those I open earlier intact. Any help appreciated. |

Hi ecjv88
After you have opened the charts fron the watch list. They will be on different windows. Go to Windows and select the chart you want. If you have Ami 4.9 or 5 you can have tabs. Hope this will help. Regards Ken |

Clicking the watchlist didnt load all charts at once, got to click one by one.
Still couldnt close the charts one by one so that those I want to see remain. Only X all and re-open. Me using Ami 4.9 Thanks for the reply. Cheers |

Hi,
I am using AB 4.8. If you want to delete (make empty) any W/L or group of W/L in one go then on the left Symbol tabsheet (showing folders of All,Sectors,Favourites, W/L, etc) you do'nt open the folder to see the contents of the folder. Right Click any folder you will get a menu. Choose the last option i.e. Erase (make empty); You will get a pop-up menu list of W/L you can choose one or multiple W/L by clicking using shift or Ctrl and then empty. This is the way how I do it. There is another way. You select Alt + S + W + S and make necessary selection to empty the W/L. However there is a catch. The W/L gets emptied. but does not show on the W/L Tabsheet on the left i.e. because AB does not show empty W/L. so how do you append shares to the W/L ? Thru Alt S etc. Hope this helps and does not confuse. Bye bam |

Hi
You can also cycle thru the W/L once you open its folder on the Symbols tab on the left side by using the up/dn arrows do every time you see your own selected shares. bye bam |
