Lot of help and threads for AFLs are available, so we will keep AFls out, however any help to improve Amibroker usage will be given as far as possible.

I am sure other proficient members can also chip in to help and guide.

This is a very good and must know software for all.

So go ahead shoot your questions.

You probably hadn't set the correct settings while importing the data. Check them. ie the check boxes, the order of occurence of Date, O, H, L, Vol etc

A step by step guide to Amiquote with pictorial references is available in Amibroker itself. Its very vast to explain here. Just go to Amibroker > Help >> Search >> and type Amiquote. Click on the first option.

Let me know if you get stuck. All the best.
Thank you Tech Trader. I am able to update my *****EOD for NSE. I been looking for a simple solutions like this for more than a week.

One more question, Can i seperate the tickers in to different market. AB give prefernces for seperating symbols into category. How to do that?

Hi Manoj,
Please read Tech trador first post in this thread. He has out nicely out lined the method to get it done.
All you have to do is to create a file with stock symbols like

infy.NS
GAIL.NS

and store as *.tls file.

Then open Amiqoute and load the file then syncronise with ***** Historical EOD data.

I have come across one issue, that it syncromised till one day before. Any body able to synronise till the current day please let me know

Thanks TT for the effort. When I try Alt+I on AB, it opens a dialog :Insert Custom Indicator. The only indicators listed there are AD-Price/ Ratio/ line, RSI and TRIN. There is nothing else, certainly nothing for "Y". Is this normal?

Does this mean these are the only indicators I can insert through this dialog, and the rest is "drag&Dropped"? What is the difference in the way AB treats "inserts", vs "D&D"?

thanks,
kazaan

Sorry - CTRL+I opens the "Insert Custom Indicator" dialog. Alt+I is the insert menu and 'Y' is for Ray. My apologies.
best,
Kazaan
