New indicator?

#1
Hello
This is my first post here. Nice forum.
I would like to know if some one please know any AFL like the foto.
Or just please tell me how can I write this indicator.
As you can see this indicator goes up and stays.
Also I can see that the up steps has the exact same distance except one case wherever the step change two dashes (yellow arrow) and at this case i notice that there are five continuously new high (before the sixth -- last-- high) in this leg.

see the example foto in the link http://prntscr.com/b9y2lh

Thank you

I will try to explain.

I got this image from Esignal where i had a subscription for a while connected with a trader. This indicator was locked since it was his creation so i have no details to share with you but since it was working very well i hoped someone could figure out from his experience about the structure.

Some similar fotos you can see in the link below.

There you can see the same indicator in combination with others to get an image of the way you can decide a trade.

So the question is, which parameters the trader uses to make this indicator and how can we make a formula for amibroker.

Here is an example in combination with another indicator (lower side) of his own that he calls SSI (also unknown to me and very important indicator to) which is about the strength that the value has and the trade is activated only when the price is from the same side of the indicator with the arrows color. Above and green below and red. The horizontally lines (in the lower side) are the 20, 35, 50, 65, 80. Ignore the light blue arrows and light blue vertically lines which are painted by me.

The different colors of small arrows in the lower side depend on which horizontal line the SSI cross.

example foto >>> http://prntscr.com/ba3lnr

Now, If someone could work out both indicators we would have some great help for our trades.

Thanks a lot.
