Periodicity & formula periods

A simple question. In Backtester settings I can select a Periodicity value of Daily or Weekly. Does this apply when I Scan and Explore also?

And in my AFL is it correct that the value I pass into a formula, such as Moving Average will automatically adjust to the Periodicity value?

Yes. Same params work for all Analysis.
Yes. AFL will be scaled axcordingly
