Nifty 8DMA plus minus trading stratagy

I may have missed it, however do we have to follow any trailing SL or not?

There can be times price went in our favor by 50-60 points and then reversed. How to deal such situations?

Entry Query

8DEMA is 8097

(ref. levels for 13th Oct 2015)

Buy abv 8097 SL 8070 Target 8167.
Sell blw 8097 SL 8124 Target 8027.

Market opens @ 8121 and makes a low of 8088.

How to approach this situation?
Do we go short as price came down from Open 8121 to 8096 and then book SL?
OR
Do we go long while price coming down and hitting 8097 with SL 8070?

bro.....since it came down from up, so short inititaed at 8097 with sl 8124 with hit eventually so we reveresed with SL 8097 which hit but didnt sustain even for 2 sec so we hold and finally tgt hit.........

Thanks jass, for SAR Long trade, will the SL be 8070 based on 8DEMA or 27 points from entry?

long which happened at 8124 had a SL of 8097 which hit for a sec only but mkt rebounded from there and ultimately 8167 hit......... please note that after SL hit....... reverse trade has 8ema as SL and 70 points tgt from 8ema

this trade does not yield 70 points in actual but sufficient to cover last trade SL... next trade will give 70.....:thumb:
