echarts online help very arrogant
they will note our ip and never answer to us.
next time whenever to try to contact it will show offline.
you can contact only for subscription problems other software problems better not contact them.
you will get better help in this forum

I checked their site, they don't look like they are authorized by NSE, which means their data is incorrect.

When DOTEX will send them notice , they will shut down.

they are not providing any data only data extract from our terminal
there is no restriction of using of our own data base.

i downloaded it from ninjatrader.com but facing some problem to fetch data from google can u help me

i am not tried with google.
if you are real time trader can not depend on google or yahoo data
their data some times delayed.

ya i know but i m new for it so first i want to learn this platform
