B.t.s.t trades ?

Can any senior traders in the forum explain the criteria for selection of stocks / futures in b.t.s.t / s.t.b.t trades . I assume stocks trading above r2 pivot between 3.15 & 3.30 are selected for b.t.s.t . Kindly correct me if my observation is not correct
