Hi,
Is there a converter available that can convert Intra-day data, (of either from Amibroker or Metastock format) to EOD format? I need this to feed AdvGet (EOD). This facility is offered by one of the IEOD data provider in India. Thanks

A good tutorial on how to use the MSFL DLL with Advanced GET is at:
http://www.premiumdata.net/support/advancedget.php

Note due to previous problems with Advanced GET it is highly recommended that you upgrade to Advanced GET 7.8 Build 420.

I've put up a procedure on how to read MetaStock data with Advanced GET here:
http://www.premiumdata.net/support/advancedget.php
The screen shots are for our data service but they are equally as applicable to any Metastock format data.

Note that in versions of Advanced GET before v7.8 Build 420 I have noticed some issues to do with missing securities, so it's highly recommended you upgrade to that.

There's also some FAQ items regarding decimal places and "too many securities" worth checking out if you have that issue.

Cheers,
Richard.

Is there an issue in using advanced get in vista, because even after following the steps discussed in this forum, I am still not able to read metastock data?

Is your Metastock version MS 10,then there can be some problem with Vista & MS 10.
A.Get only reads the MS file format.
Have you installed msfl 8-9 ,in windows 32 .

I am using Metastock Pro 10.1 with Vista 64. Is there a problem with Aget operating under these software conditions?
Maybe I should try it on XP SP3!
Have u had a look at the Aget template that comes with Alphomega plugin? What's ur opinion about its efficacy?
