I have seen the image.But in order to load a chart first of all you have to click data paths and then you have to choose metastock File Library and then click ok .After that you will find the scripts are being shown under Symbol,then you have to click on a particular symbol and click on load.

If you don't have metastock installed in your computer ,then you need to load it and follow the steps which i mentioned to you.
