I advise the investors not to take the words of the technical analysts very seriously, after all it is all the indiviual who has to decide in the equity market regarding buying or selling. THe best thing would be to self analyse the stocks from various resources, evaluate the news you hear and decide. There have been instances where even the so called stock market punters go wrong.Keep your ears and mind open do some basic study and invest and watch the trend. Take decisions as per the market news whether to hold on to a share or sell. Some shares are for long term investments and some you can find out by watching that these are best for trading, decide and play in the market. Have a good trading season ahead.

Quote:
Whenever a breaking news is flashed on TV, be careful that u r not the frst person to know it and take advantage of it. There r ppl who know it had to happen and then there are ppl who have faster access to news thru reuters or other sources. The trick is that whenever there is a unanimous consensus amng janta the market generally moves the other way. On 10th may the fundamentals of many stocks were shining bright to bring nifty to all time high. Yet frm the next day each script went crumbling dwn like hell. The fundamentals were same before and after the crash while many traders burnt a hole in their pocket. That is where Technical Analysis comes in. For short to medium term trading technical knowledge is very imp. Fundamentals come into play wen smone thnks of investing. Even then, FA tells what to buy and TA tells wen to buy. happy trading. |
