Well Said All,

The only way to survive in these markets as an individual is

1. Control Your Greed and Emotion ( As Joy Quoted several times)
2. Look for Strong Fundementals.
3. Master Your T.A.
4. Decide Your Entry and Exit Points
5. Keep reasonable Profit Tragets
6. Always go for Trailing Stop Loss ( 10 Rupees Profit is better than 100 Rupees Loss).

I hope people will benefit reading such articles in Traderji, otherwise has to learn the Hard Way.....

Satya

This is a real eye opener. I think we all who deal with financial markets come across these manipulators. The article gives real insight into these so called small caps or penny stocks. I think somebody should present this article on CNBC or NDTV. I will request the members here not to let other members lure into any of these kind of stocks. Wishing you all a happy investing period.

Hi Traderji and all frnds,

Really amazing work for the new ones in the market to look into. I went through and found it very helpful.

Well, Traderji, it would be of great help if you could illuminate the following:

1. How to find the exact time to short sell.
2. How to find that the stock will rise when I did for last 2 days and same with it going downwards.

Thanks and regds,

See chart attached , and let me reproduce an earlier post from me illustrating this (not uncommon) phenomenon

Sometimes , when there is 'circular trading' ( i.e A sells to B today, B sells back to A tomorrow at higher rate, and they carry this way for weeks till the common man gets attracted and starts buying ... and then I leave u to guess ..)

Oh I didnt complete that sentence ?! Yes I was saying when there is circular tarding, the opening price is pre fixed by the conmen ( the buyer and seller duo) ...

See attached chart (which looked like Circular trading then , but hard to believe given recent developments in the co's affairs) actually downloaded from ICICI Direct for a Company with symbol PIOOVE (now called Shriram Overseas)

You can do your own research into what the price is now ... hint: its risen over 180 times from April 2004

Welcome members' comments !

PS By the way, its called 'circular' trading, not 'circulation'

Amazing write up. It is an eye opener to all. What novices read in magazines about fundamental worth of shares, or in many books about technical analysis of the shares mean nothing, and may actually may mislead people when it is neither fundamentals nor technicals that decide the prices.

Thanks for this eye opening and mind boggling article. Reading this article will surely give us a much better and real idea of what goes on in the stock markets.
