Interesting divergence between price and the advance decline ratio, and also between price and number of stocks making 20 day highs.

Prices have made higher highs, whereas the advance decline peaks have not. Same with the chart for number stocks making 20 day highs - fewer stocks made 20 day highs on the second peak.

http://www.traderji.com/110271-post69.html

Btw, i've found a more catchy name for it - the ISI (Institutional Sentiment Index).

Regards,
Kalyan.

Hi Kalyan,

Thanks ! Yes, my fault, I lagged behind keeping this thread alive. Anyway, I will catch up with the ISI soon!

On the side lines, the response for this thread is not so encouraging, and I guess people here are more in need of tips. But sure, I got a very good response from you, Saint, CV, BAV, Asish... and others and I guess I will keep this thread going as far as I can.

Whatever, nice to hear from you.

Sunil, although i may not post msgs here so frequently, rest assured, i'm a regular follower of your thread. And consider yourself lucky that you're spared queries like 'Sir, please tell me where the mkts will go tomorrow?'

Regards,
Kalyan.

I tried to update today, but can't, since any more attachments will exceed my quota of 4.6 MB.

What to do now?
